Hi, This is Ray and I work for TravelCar.com, we are a parking booking platform present at 60 countries. We work with different Airlines, online travel agents and other travel partners. We are looking to open the FLL market on our platform this week and next

TravelCar is a parking booking platform where travelers can compare and select Varoius parking options at the many airports, seaports and city centers we are repsented in the world.
We work with different Airlines, online travel agents and other travel partners.
Currently working with Swoop and Flair Air / Spirit Airlines to offer their customers the ability to use our platform to find parking before flying out,
We are looking to open the FLL market on our platform this week and next and certainly would like to do so with your property being the first available place to park for our customers.
we look to expand our services in Market We want to partner with you by listing your Hotel/Parking on our website.   
This would help you generate additional revenue and exposure to your business.
When you partner with us we provide you with access to our back office and partner area.
it's 100% free to join, No monthly fees and no binding contract. but of course we would love to work with you for a long time.
We are happy to give 80% of the revenue if you wanted to be listed as parking only or 90% revenue for park, sleep and fly. or you can do both.
Please find attached the TravelCar parking agreement for you to initial and sign before scanning it back to me. For an easier process, we also have sent it via Docusign for your electronic signature.
 
How Does it Work?
TravelCar sends you reservation and our customer will be instructed to go park at your lot. You will be responsible to shuttle them and pick them back up from their shuttle upon their return.

TravelCar
Our customers come from many different channels such as OTA, airlines, travel agents and other travel partners where the customer can select, search and book parking from our portfolio of parking operators in the markets we serve.
Payments
Based on your preference, we can:

have the customers pay their total in full online at booking. We then remit your revenue minus our commission at the end of the month. 
- 
have the customer pay our commission online and pay the balance directly at your parking. 
Commission
Our commission is driven off the parking rates and we have couple options for you to choose from:

We can take full payment online and remit revenue to you. 
- 
We can also take our commission at time of booking and have customers pay their balance at your facility. 
We never take any commission on taxes, airport fees, transportation fees, access fees, etc...We always remit 100% of these fees back to you.
Price
You're always in charge when it comes to pricing. We can assist you at your convenience by giving you an overview of the market or if you so choose we can handle yielding while agreeing on a min price we wouldn't go below. All that to ensure your price reacts quickly to market variations to maximize your parking and revenue. 
Any discounts or coupons we may apply on rates would be taken out of our commission.
Partner Portal
We give you access to our partner portal and parking management system for free. In our portal you have the ability to set rates, place black out dates, manage your occupancy. We can even provide you with more tools (widget to accept reservations online, etc...) just let us know if you're interested.
Operation
Every time we receive a reservation for your parking, you will receive an email notification with the customer's name and parking details. We also send you a daily report whenever you have a reservation that will check-in or check-out on that day.
Shuttle
We do not require parking partners to have a shuttle service whether the partner is a downtown partner or even in the case you are a partner that's located near an airport.
Integration
We currently have integrated the following parking management systems: NetPark, PRS, Chauntry among the most common ones. If you're using any of these systems then reservations made on travelcar.com will be sent directly in your parking system for your agents and revenue control teams to see. We are always willing to integrate new parking management system to facilitate your process as needed.

who is liable for damage/theft/etc. of vehicles?
Any customer booking a parking spot via our website agree to our terms and conditions which state that they cannot hold TravelCar and its partners liable for any damage to their vehicles.

When do we get paid?
We normally pay monthly basis that closed that month.
But if you prefer to be paid bi weekly that's fine as well.
How much is the parking rate?
You have a total control with the parking rates.
You can charge $5 - $15 per day. its really depends on you.
You can can change the rate anytime.
CONTROL on the blackout dates
We will give you an online account.
You would have total control on the blackout dates set for your location and could give us the dates already ahead of time so nobody could book for these days.

Not enough space.
We can certainly work with as little as 5 spots per day to begin with. I hope we can agree to work together and have the opportunity to highlight your hotel near the ORD airport and allow customers to experience your hotel.

Pre purchased 5 slots for 1 month for only 450
Parking Is Free ?
if your parking is free then would you mind if we list it on our platform and specify that it is FREE and that the customer would need to make their own way to the airport. Or would you let us list it and we can send them the revenue we managed to get for them
Rebut would be:
1. We can put a cap to spaces to avoid overbookings.
2. You(hotel) are in total control over stop sales.
3. We have 24/7 customer service
4. If you (the hotel) are ok with, we can write the product as TravelCar @Element so the customer would NOT see the hotel as the primary and YOU would not have any negative review on hotel.
5. If you’re 30 min away it’s best we list you as self park with no shuttle (again we can write the product as TravelCar self park - no shuttle) and have customer take ride share to airport. All that being clearly explained in the description online and in the email the guest received with confirmation.
Re-finally. We ourselves have high customer service and we appreciate partners who value that as much as you do and that’s why we feel this partnership would be a great fit for both you and us.
